Walker, who has provided Mountain Park and surrounding local areas in Gwinnett County with a variety of professional legal services for more than 30 years.

David Walker of Walker Law Firm has has handled more than 140 hearings and trials, both jury and non-jury cases. He is a certified mediator for civil and family law cases and is a member of many respected assiciations, including the Gwinnett Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, US District Court 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and US Supreme Court Bar.

David Walker was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and he received his Law Degree from the University of Georgia.  Out of law school, he started off as a closing attorney.  Due to fluctuations in the real estate market, he expanded his practice into litigation and other areas.  He is experienced in handling criminal defense cases, serious injury cases, medical malpractice, divorce, bankruptcy, business litigation, and small business and corporate. David became a certified mediator about 15 years ago and currently focuses more on divorce related cases, probate and estates, and wills and trusts.  Walker Law Firm can set up small corporations, write contracts, and do some injury cases and other litigation.
